6-8 chicken breasts
Mango salsa
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
English cucumber, quartered
1 yellow, chopped
4 green onions sliced
macadamia nuts
won tons, sliced
sweet poppy seed dressing or ginger vinaigrette dressing of your choice
Cook chicken in crock pot with 3 cups of mango salsa, shred and cook until salsa absorbs into the chicken....let cool. Cook the won tons in the oven at 375 degrees (with a little oil) or fry in pan with oil until golden brown. Assemble the salad with lettuce, chicken and other ingredients with won tons on top. Serve with salad dressing and Enjoy! Sometimes a salad for a meal hits the spot and is Soooooo refreshing!
